Quantity Surveyor

MCR Group has been providing innovative solutions for the construction industry for over 20 years both domestically and internationally across a diverse range of divisions including recruitment, security, cleaning and engineering with an estimated turnover in 2016 of €50m.

Due to our continued expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join our fast-growing team in MCR Flooring which is guiding a turnover of €8m in 2016, based in Dublin City Centre.

The roles will involve a range of Quantity Surveying activities assisting the Division Manager with projects support with subcontractors and suppliers, other QS duties associated with construction / fit-out - installation projects.

To be considered for the role, you must:

Hold a recognised Construction related degree
Be conversant with all aspects of QS practice and procedure
Be fully computer literate with a good level of proficiency using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Have at least 1 years post qualification experience

You must have strong verbal and written communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and the desire to succeed in a competitive industry. Self-motivated and driven, you must also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
